Academic Program and Course Requirements

Our faculty believes that candidates must develop awareness, understanding, and finally, capability in the areas outlined in the standards of the Educational Leadership Constituent Consortium (ELCC). Towards this end, the program provides a logical progression of coursework and significant field-based experiences, which emphasize the application of research-based strategies for school improvement within the context of practical experience.
